1. Acceptance of Terms
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Elyora C.O.R.E website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your business to use our services.
2. Description of Services
Virtual Assistant Matching
Elyora C.O.R.E provides a virtual assistant matching and management service. We connect businesses with skilled, pre-vetted virtual assistants for administrative support, customer service, marketing assistance, technical support, and other professional tasks.
Service Tiers
We offer multiple service tiers (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) with varying hours per month and support levels. The specific scope of work, hours, and deliverables are defined in your individual service agreement.
No Employment Relationship
Virtual assistants provided through Elyora C.O.R.E are independent contractors. Elyora C.O.R.E is not an employment agency, and no employer-employee relationship is created between you and the virtual assistant or between you and Elyora C.O.R.E.
3. Client Obligations
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when submitting applications, inquiries, or any communications with Elyora C.O.R.E.
Appropriate Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful business purposes. You may not direct virtual assistants to perform tasks that are illegal, unethical, harassing, or in violation of any third-party rights.
Confidentiality
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials, access information, or proprietary tools shared with your virtual assistant. You agree not to share these with unauthorized parties.
Timely Communication
To ensure effective service delivery, you agree to respond to communications from your virtual assistant and Elyora C.O.R.E in a reasonably timely manner.
4. Payment Terms
Fees
Service fees are based on the selected plan and hourly rate as outlined in your service agreement. Current rates are: Starter at $7/hr (20 hrs/month), Professional at $10/hr (80 hrs/month), and Enterprise at $15/hr (160+ hrs/month).
Billing
Invoices are issued according to the billing schedule in your service agreement. Payment is due within the timeframe specified on each invoice.
No Long-Term Contracts
Elyora C.O.R.E operates on a flexible, no long-term contract basis. You may cancel your service at any time with reasonable notice as specified in your service agreement.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us promptly so we can work to resolve the issue.
5. Intellectual Property
Client-Owned Work Product
Work product created by your virtual assistant specifically for your business, as part of your service engagement, is owned by you upon full payment of applicable fees.
Elyora C.O.R.E Materials
All content on the Elyora C.O.R.E website, including logos, text, graphics, and processes, is the intellectual property of Elyora C.O.R.E and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Confidentiality
Mutual Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the service engagement. This obligation survives the termination of services.
NDA Availability
Clients requiring a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement may request one prior to the commencement of services. Elyora C.O.R.E is committed to protecting your business information.
7. Limitation of Liability
Service Disclaimer
Elyora C.O.R.E provides services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for excellence in every engagement, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results from the use of our virtual assistant services.
Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elyora C.O.R.E's total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Indirect Damages
Elyora C.O.R.E shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
Client Termination
You may terminate your service engagement at any time with reasonable notice. No penalties apply for cancellation, consistent with our no long-term contract policy.
Elyora C.O.R.E Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client violates these Terms of Service, engages in abusive behavior toward virtual assistants, or fails to make timely payments.
9. Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.
10. Changes to Terms
Updates
Elyora C.O.R.E reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify active clients of material changes.
